Michael Tilson Thomas leads the San Francisco Symphony and Chorus in a rehearsal of one of the most impactful symphonies of all time, Beethoven’s Ninth. The rehearsal begins at 7:00pm, preceded by light refreshments and a pre-rehearsal discussion at 6:20pm. For Friends donors and above ($75+).

POSTCONCERT RECEPTION WITH AUGUSTIN HADELICH

Join us for an intimate reception highlighting Shenson Young Artist, violinist Augustin Hadelich. Hadelich brings his eloquent artistry to Antonín Dvořák’s rousing and rhapsodic Violin Concerto. Also featured on this program, conducted by Ludovic Morlot, is the beloved musical depictions of Modest Mussorgsky's Pictures at an Exhibition. After the concert, join Symphony musicians along with fellow donors in the Wattis Room for mingling and refreshments. For Baton Circle donors and above ($2,500+).
